What is the difference between crinkle bags and continuous crinkle rolls?
Both are thin, strong bags made from HDPE. Crinkle bags come individually in packs and are mainly used to pack textiles. Continuous crinkle rolls are perforated bags wound onto one continuous roll; they are torn off quickly at supermarket counters and on production lines.
Which industries use crinkle bags?
The most common uses are towels, bathrobes, home textiles and ready-to-wear clothing. They are also used to pack spare parts and small items, at supermarket and greengrocer counters, and on production and packing lines.
Why are crinkle bags economical?
HDPE provides high tear resistance in a thin film; we make crinkle bags and rolls from 3–30 microns. You get the same protection with less material and a lighter package, which lowers both the bag cost and the shipping weight.
Do you make crinkle bags to size?
Yes. Size, thickness and colour (clear, white, coloured) are entirely up to you; we make them printed or plain, with an open mouth or an adhesive strip. Tell us your product dimensions and how you use the bags, and we will prepare the right bag for you.
Where do you make your crinkle bags and rolls, and which provinces do you deliver to?
We make our crinkle bags and rolls to order at our facility in Merkezefendi, Denizli. We deliver to all 81 provinces of Turkey; the total time from order confirmation to delivery is 2–7 days. We deliver within Denizli and a 100 km radius with our own vehicles, and to other provinces by freight carrier. There is no minimum order quantity; for international deliveries, we specify the method and timing in the quote.
