Virgin material refers to material that has not been recycled; on its own, it does not certify food contact or a particular level of protection. For outdoor covers, consider securing, sun exposure and duration of use; for bags, consider weight, sharp corners and sealing method. For clear product presentation, PP products are an option; for heat shrinking, shrink film is another.

What is polyethylene (PE), and why is it so common in packaging?
Polyethylene (PE) is a flexible, durable, moisture-resistant and lightweight plastic. Because it is easy to process and can be made in many thicknesses, it is used in packaging from bags to covers. The products in our PE group are made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), which is soft and clear.
Which products are in the PE group?
There are two: unprinted plain PE bags in flat, gusseted and adhesive-strip styles, and thick PE film on roll and pallet covers. The bags are used for product packaging; the film and covers protect pallets, furniture, construction sites and warehouses.
What is the difference between LDPE and HDPE?
LDPE (low-density polyethylene) is soft, flexible and clear; it is used in PE bags and film on roll. HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is stiffer and crinkly, and strong even as a thin film; it is used in crinkle bags and bags on roll. The choice depends on the appearance and how the product will be used.
How do I choose the thickness of PE bags and film on roll?
We set the thickness to suit your order. Film on roll and covers are usually thicker than bags. Thin film is suited to light, short-term use; thick film is preferred for heavy loads and long-term outdoor use.
Where do you make your PE bags and film on roll, and which cities do you deliver to?
We make our PE bags and film on roll to order at our facility in Merkezefendi, Denizli. We deliver to all 81 provinces of Turkey; the total time from order confirmation to delivery is 2–7 days. We deliver within Denizli and a 100 km radius with our own vehicles, and to other provinces by freight carrier. There is no minimum order quantity; for international deliveries, we specify the method and time in the quote.
